Jair

Jair is an interesting result of sky meeting sea, of a merperson and stellar demon having a child. In or out of the water, there is a shimmering quality to him, a brightness tied to his own passions and emotions. More fun than that, though, his touch leaves behind temporary 'stars'. He often keeps his hands covered just to have a little more control over the shed shimmers, whether he's wearing gloves while in his landbound form (I'd be making a more human secondary form for him) or the flowy sleeves he wears in the water. While he's a one man special effect on his own, he's found his passion in special effects in all the varieties they come in. He loves to take the normal and turn it into something amazing...amazingly scary, amazingly beautiful, amazingly...amazing! Listen, he makes things look good with practical and generated effects, he doesn't describe them that great on paper. All in all, he's an outgoing and creative sort, sought out to spruce up all sorts of things ranging from live shows, to photo shoots, to films. He loves every single moment of it!
