Design TOS:
No refunds / chargebacks on designs. Once you've purchased a design from me it is final sale.
Refunds are available for commissions up until the sketch process. Once you have a wip, unless there’s unusual circumstances, I will not offer a refund.
Please do not delete off toyhouse! I like to look back at all my designs, and it makes it easier to keep track of everything this way.
- Do not use my designs or art in any way that glorifies or promotes immoral content. This includes homophobic, racist, transphobic, pedophilic content. I also do not support proshippers or feral NSFW content. I don't reserve the right to revoke a design that has been fairly purchased, but I will immediately block/report/blacklist if these rules are broken
ANTHRO NSFW art made from my designs are ok as long as you're 18+. Please do NOT use my designs for NSFW if you're not of age.
Referencing my artwork or taking inspiration from my designs is OKAY
Stealing, tracing or copying my art and designs is not permitted
Do not use my art for NTFs or anything related to AI.
Please credit me here, (toyhou.se/crumb) or my instagram (cometcrumbs) if you post my designs or art elsewhere!! It's not required but it is very appreciated.
I allow resale/trade of all my designs
You may not sell the design for more than base value unless art has been added on
Selling, gifting, or trading any of my designs is ok no matter how you received said design
Do not split the design off into multiple characters (ie. twin characters) to make a profit.
Redesigns / edits of my designs are ok! Just please credit me somewhere still as the original designer / artist.
Notifying me before you trade or resell my designs is preferred but not a necessity!! Sometimes I just like the chance to grab a design back if I can ^^
