omochas story seems to be lost in the past, he was deceived since he was brought up. but he still doesn't know. he believes he was given to the hoshima family as a gift for saving his mother's life that day when they were adrift at sea. but in reality the story is far different. omocha was raised to serve and quickly became the most favored servant of the hoshima estate, even getting fancy clothes and decorations. now that hoshima is gone omocha is left to tend to the ghost of a home. with no direction in life but to help others and take requests daily. when will he find his purpose? ]
