A rista was originally a Pocket Pal meant to help baristas memorize difficult coffee orders. However, she wasn't a successful sell, as many coffee shop owners didn't like the idea of their employees using technology over a notepad. However, the coffee shop employees tasked with discarding her secretly kept her, using her for saving regulars' orders and enjoying her company. She is now beloved by the employees, and she loves them!
In the Palverse, Arista is the the best barista around, known for memorizing the most complex orders-- no notepad required-- and always serving a smile on her face! There's no secret to her skill, she just loves her job! She considers every customer her friend, and has managed to crack even the hardest shells.

- despite being an iconic barista who loves the fall season, arista does not like pumpkin! thus you won't catch her enjoying a pumpkin spice latte ever!
- arista hates the summer! she works around hot drinks so often that the added heat outside makes working nearly impossible!
- speaking of work, arista doesn't know what vacation time is! to her, her hobby is working! she has fallen asleep standing up many times.
