Sorry to bother you, but the images on here are broken. Been wanting to make a vampel (or possibly buy/commission a custom), but it's much easier for me to use a guide and the images are broken :c
there's no official masterlist, though we do have a sort of unofficial one in the discord called the "roster" hehe

they're not a closed species, so you don't really need to get the design "approved" as long as you follow the basic general requirements (wings on head and back, at least 1 halo, etc) :3
Quick question: is there a limit to how many wings a vampel can have? ALSO can they have them away from them?
technically no to both. firstly give them as many wings as you want lol. secondly i generally would say their wings SHOULD be attached to them but they'll still be legal vampels otherwise, it's just up to you on how "realistic" or close to "canon" you want them to be. i love seeing creative designs too much to be very strict about it tho so honestly go wild
