Yumi is a weasel youkai with the ability to cause slicing winds. She is an odd beast youkai, who at times acts more beastly than her humanoid appearance implies. She is paranoid and her first instinct towards a fright is to brandish her weapons and ask questions later, like a wild animal attacking something. Similarly, she can be placated the same way one would calm a wild animal. She isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer yet she has been known to be friendly towards other youkai on Youkai Mountain.

She is followed by other weasels, similarly to how Mamizou has lesser tanuki who listen to her orders, however this situation is different. The weasels act as a sort of hivemind for Yumi, sharing the same personality and experiences. This allows her to use her weasels in combat for team attacks, as well as gain intel about her surroundings while not moving her main body.
