DON'T:

Trace my art/ designs

Draw over my art (if there's something you'd like to be changed just ask ^^) NOTE: this doesn't apply to scrapped/sketch designs >u<

Heavily reference (referencing is okay just not to the point where it's obvious that it was heavily referenced)

Remove the character off toyhouse (If one of my designs is removed I will reupload it and do as I please with it)

This isn't totally mandatory(not following this WON'T result in a blacklist or warning) but I would prefer you trade my designs to someone who has a toyhouse account (if they need a code I can provide one ^^)

Freebies/Raffled characters base value is $0 PLEASE don't  SELL freebies/raffled characters until art is added (free art/gift art does NOT count.) you CAN trade them for ocs/art

FREE art/Art from a raffle does NOT add worth to your character 

Use my characters for commercial use!!  There’s a one time fee you’d need to pay. 
The fee is determined by what items/amount created/and prices per item
Commercial use applies to: making stickers, vtubers, merch, basically anything you can sell. 
NOTE: if you want to make a sticker for example that is PERSONAL USE (no selling, trading, etc.) that is completely fine with me ^-^ 

DO:

Redesign the oc (just not to the point where the original design is unnoticeable)

Gift ocs

Raffle my characters off (please just check in with me beforehand and give me credit for the design)

co-own characters (NOTE: any disputes between co-owned characters are NOT my problem)

Hide characters (I would prefer if I'm authorized if you're going to hide a design made by me for a while. If it's temporary then there's no need)

you can sell my characters for more then their worth if some extra art is added, but still check in with me first before selling!!)

Personal art DOES add value to the character based off how u price ur art <3
