Volitas (Roleplays)

(1)"Welcome one, welcome all! Our teams have been assigned, and it's a beautiful day for the games, don't you think? My name's Tycho, and I'll be your lovely host. Listen up for my daily announcements: I'll be giving you the play by play of all the best goings-on. Let's tune in now: it's about to begin.

Volitas runs away from the Cornucopia. Azuriel finds a backpack full of camping equipment.

Azuriel and volitas looks around looking at the other contestants and their new environment. Azuriel anxiously waiting for the horn to go off. Volitas gets agitated listening to the host. As soon as the horn sounds azuriel runs to the closest thing she could grab. A backpack! This should be useful enough. She looks at the other contestants by her and sees soem of them got weapons. She then looks back where volitas went, seeing her wait by the trees for her, and quickly runs over.

(2)Everyone's equipped now! Well, some of them, anyway. What will they do now? Let's watch.

Azuriel and volitas both talk about their game plan while walking. azuriel looks through the bag. (3)'Perfect camping supplies...', " hey we should find some water should we not?" Volitas nods(4) "if anyone trys to attack us by the water ill just drown them..." As soon as they find a pond azuriel sits in it. Volitas "ill set up camp. Give me the bag and stay right here, be my lookout azurie. "

(5)Wow, two deaths already! These tributes waste no time. On that note, that's all for today's broadcast. Tune in tomorrow, and we'll see what our tributes got up to in the night~"

"(6)Good morning tributes, sponsors, and our lovely audience! We're back! Much has happened in the time we were away: Valerie discovered one of our trick bags, District 6 is building their defenses, many tributes are collecting up their supplies, and one may have even snapped already. Keep it together out there, Jonquil. Let's recap what happened last night:

Mariam and Voltitas talked about the tributes still alive. Azuriel climbed a tree to rest. Azuriel and Mariamwork together for the day.

(7)"hi! who are you? Get away from here! ill fucking drown you! wait wait they could be friendly! FRIENDLY FRIENDLY!!"

Mariam sat on the log , looking across the small fire they had created to Volitas. (8)"Do you know who's still alive?" She'd ask, mindlessly tapping the grass with her tail. " We need to make sure that all the threats are gone, or atleast somewhat far away. I don't want what happened to Talmai or any of the others who have died already happening to me - or anybody else honestly, but the gamemakers will find a way to kill 23 of us, whether we like it or not.. " She trailed off in thought. She hadn't seen anybody from District 4 the entire game , so they may be dead. She saw Talmai's image in the sky at midnight when they did the announcements , so they were definitely dead. She hasn't been bothered to watch the announcements any other night though, so she couldn't be sure of anybody who had perished.

Volitas just listens to mariam sharpening a stick with her claws. While also keeping an eye on azuriel in her peripheral vision. (9)"I Know six contestants already died, and that the host is surely watching us." She glares up at the sky from beneath the trees. She stops sharpening the stick and examines her 'handy' work. Not impressed with it but not disspointed. "But we only saw the ones that found weapons at the corrapointa thingy. I dont care whats its called. Those are the only ones that scare me currently."

(10)Remember folks: the game doesn't end when night falls. Dangers lurk in the dark. Let's look at the standings: Five down, and many more to go! Let's watch.

Azuriel jumps down softening her landing with her tattered wingos. With 3 apples in her hands. (1q)"I dont see anyone else around us. Their either good at hiding or we're lucky." She looks at mariam "im glad that you weren't hostile. But wasnt it scary with volitas threatening to drown you?" She sits down and hands the two apples to the other two. Volitas takes a bite n just listens to whatever Azuriel and mariam talk about for the rest of the day. Eventually walking off to make traps around them.

Mariam eats her apple , before continuing. (12)"It was a little, to be fair. Honestly though, it feels a little strange that nobodies around here at the moment. I always thought that the space where the Hunger Games happened was quite small to be sure that everyone was stuck close together, or if not everything was poisoned like the 50th- yet that could have been because they were bringing in double the people." Mariam paused for a moment , thinking, then continued. "That last announcement, when they mentioned 'danger lurking in the dark' concerned me. What if that's the reason for the suddenly nicer set? They might bring something out to try and kill as many of us as possible one night because they know that not as many people would die in these games. I don't know though, maybe I'm overanalyzing it.."

(13)A peaceable day. Just be careful of what night brings, tributes. Good night."

(14)"Hello again, tributes, audience! A new day rises on the arena. We saw some wonderful teamwork after our broadcast ended yesterday: everyone seems to have sorted themselves into tidy little teams, and those that didn't were hard at work collecting resources. Watching back, I wondered how long that would last, and it turns out, the answer was until night!

Everly and Volitas talked about the tributes still alive.Azuriel and Shikisei discussed the games and what might happen in the morning.

(15)What did I say, tributes? Something's lurking out there. Now, let's see what they're up to today.

Azuriel dies from thirst. Mariam and Shikisei hunt for other tributes. Volitas receives fresh food from an unknown sponsor.

(16)Now things are picking up! Good luck tributes. I'll see you tomorrow, at least, those who make the night..."

Mariam sat silently beside the lake. It felt strange that Azuriel had died so suddenly, escpecially since they were beside a lake. He had seemed fine just a few hours before he died. It did upset her though, she was hoping that they would make it to the final three, even if it sounded childish. On the announcements, she saw Valerie's face, meaning that he had died too (she's literally his adoptive mum in cannon, she can't age). It felt like a punch to the face to loose them both within a few hours of each other. Even though she was upset about Azuriel, she couldn't even imagine how horrible Volitas is feeling. They seemed to be good friends.

Volitas was sitting on one of the logs. Holding the container of the food a sponsor gave her. Staring at the tree azuriel was just climbing in just yesterday. She wasnt able to recall to events of last night... just waking up to find azrieal dead... Volitas stares into the woods silent. Then eventually looking down at the container. (17)'Im not in the mood to eat..... but i should eat to keep up my strength....' she opens the container and starts to begrudgingly eat her food. After shes done she gives whatever is left to mariam. "Here. I know i just ate alot of it. But eat." She then stands up and walks into the makeshift camp she made.

(18)So sorry District 1 and District 6, too bad. Good news for the rest of you though! Let's watch, see what happens today.
