Wandering Felines

Having lived amidst the cults of Heresy, Leila was no stranger to eventful times. With the cults of the area constantly at war with each other, it was no wonder that she had decided to leave when she reached adulthood. Surely, she thought, surely there is a place better for me than this one.

It was during these travels that she had arrived in Blaurmont, within Treachery. It was there that she encountered Morella Fortis, who held similar sentiments about her own home. Morella was a very proficient huntress, but Leila recognized the other Warpa's outlook as an idealistic one. Finding it an odd trait for someone who lived in Treachery, she warned Morella of the dangers of such an outlook.

Leila could have left at any time, but perhaps it was the earnest way that Morella insisted on helping her and providing for her that caused her to remain.

One night, Morella returned home in her nightmare form, panicked. "Someone's looking for you. Someone from Heresy."

"I don't see why. I've no desire to return."

"I don't think they care."

Leila supposed she could've taken care of the matter herself, but the way Morella had grown so protective over her made her decide otherwise. In the end, she agreed to leave Blaurmont with the other Warpa, and the two have begun to journey for their own niche -- a place for them.
