If you want a Windows XP verison, go and fiddle around with some of the XP-inspired codes and frankenstein a navbar on top of this! Its probably quite easy. Anyway, while this is bootstrap, you can probably quite easily custom colours it. If anyone requests, I'll do it for you lol! I think this is also mobile friendy too!
