Created sometime in early 2006, gained true sentiance in 2007.
Somewhere around 2016, their program corrupted itself. Or did someone corrupt them intentionally? It's getting worse as time goes. This is slowly starting to corrupt some of their speech, and make them agressive at times.
Not able to do much on your PC, mostly just look through files and move things around. Unable to delete... for now?
Misses the early days of the internet, out of nostalgia for when they were created, but also because they cannot get into smartphones. They miss you when you're on that thing, you know!

A desktop boddy created in 2006 that started as a desktop virus. You'd find them on one of those websites advertising free cursors and emotes, hidden away and usually intended to download toolbars on your computer against your will. Sometime in 2007, they woke up.
Since waking up, they seem to be permanantly lonely. They're only happy when the infected PC's owner pays attention to them. Forever putting on an act for that person, they don't have much of a personality of their own. Their personhood is entirely based around what makes someone love them.
