Mountainfire was destined to become CloudClan leader, despite his MistClan origins.
He led his clan well until his untimely death.

Death
Died with Deadpool, his deputy at the time, in a blizzard in a refusal to leave the elderly tom. They froze to death together in CloudClan's icy peaks.
