Tiramisu (♂)'s Ownership

I'm only the designer of the character and I do not own them in any way (unless they are bound to my account). They can be sold, traded, gifted, given away, even deleted; it is none of my business what happens with them. You are also allowed to redesign the character however much you want, I don't care.

Once you buy the character, whoever you bought it from is no longer in ownership of the character in any way. You are not obliged to give the character back to any of the previous owners, regardless if they set their own rules for this character that states that "if you no longer want the character, return it to the previous owner".

Reselling the character for more than you've bought them for (without extra art pieces) will not be tolerated, please respect this. Price their artworks according to the artists' prices OR what you bought them for.

You are allowed to use them in any way, as long as it's not morally messed up (feral NSFW, underage NSFW, proshipper stuff, beastiality; you get the drill).

My designs are NOT for commercial use, so do not use them for that. if you wish to use them commercially, contact me and we will sort out the fees. Any character that is permitted for commercial use will have that stated in their character specific Terms of Use.
