Basic Description: Sol is an average height but lanky blue earth pony with long, silky, orange and yellow mane tied back in a loose low ponytail. He has white patches on his body and stripe on his muzzle. His hooves and eyes are a dark blue and he wears round red glasses.

Growing up, Sol was always very obedient and well behaved. He woke up early, 

went to school, came home, did his farm chores and homework, helped with dinner, and went to bed on time. He was often motivated to be “better” than his more unruly twin sister, however as the two became teenagers, she mellowed out a lot and Sol found himself having to self motivate. He began to remove himself from familial expectations and focused purely on his studies. While in college, he only became more independent, but since moving to Humbledon, he decided to work on becoming a part of a community and get to know others.

HISTORY

Summer Solace was raised on a farm in Californeigh by his adoptive mothers, Spring Chicken and Autumn Orchard, alongside his twin sister, Winter Thyme. Both of his mothers live and work on the farm and though they never outright said they expected Sol and his sister to continue working on the farm as they got older, it was pretty clear neither twin wanted to go on that career path. Sol found himself in Canterlot for undergrad and immediately after getting his degree, he moved to Manehattan for postgrad. While in undergrad, his nose was always deep in his books. He felt out of place in the big city and didn’t call home frequently, causing his relationship with his family to be strained during those four years. The summer before moving to Manehattan for postgrad, he realized how distant he had become from his family and decided he would do better to check up on them. This realization also inspired him to take a career path towards providing therapy and counseling for families. After graduation, he moved to Humbledon, eager to finally be in a small town and to start his own practice.
