★ DO NOT use my art or designs as NFTs!

Adopts:
★ Credit me for my designs!
★ You get full commercial rights to the character! Feel free to use them in your comics, games, etc.!
★ However, don't use the original art of the design for profit (for example, don't use the art I drew to sell as stickers, but you can use it to make stickers for personal use!)
★ I accept PayPal or art as payment!
★ You can only resell the adopt for less than the original price, unless you have commissioned art for the design (according to the artist's TOS), or you have drawn art of the design. Gift art, art trades, and requests DO NOT count towards the price of the adopt.
★ You cannot resell an adopt if you got it through trade/gift! That includes art! If you drew art in exchange for an adopt, you can't resell it! Basically, no scalping!
★ If you’re drawing art for a design, please try to communicate with me at least monthly! I’m a patient person, but I’ve had people forget about payment and/or ghost me.
★ If I’m doing a custom for you, I usually draw two or three concept sketches for approval! I can turn the rejected custom sketches into other designs! I’ll obviously be changing colors and details so that they aren’t similar to the custom I make for you!

Art:
★ You're allowed to use my art of your characters as profile pictures, banners, etc. with credit!
★ You are not allowed to use my art commercially, only personally (for example, you can make stickers of art I drew for you for personal use, but not profit!)
★ If you received an uncolored piece from me, feel free to color it, as long as you credit me for the original lines/sketch!
★ I will NOT draw any NSFW/suggestive/fetish content. I can draw gore as long as it isn’t overly detailed.
