- Do NOT use any of my personal characters without my written permission.
- Do not trace any of my art
RULES FOR ADOPTABLES
- Once payment is made, full ownership of the character(s) purchased, and it’s copyright, is passed on to the customer. The customer may use this character in anyway they see fit, including but not limited to commercial use on merchandise, personal projects such as comics, or just to simply sell the rights to someone else.
- Only limits to the use of these/this character(s) are that the customer cannot claim authorship over the character(s) (meaning the customer cannot state that they designed the character), and that credit must be given to me whenever any of my art of the character(s) is used.
-These limits follow the character even if it happens to be sold by the customer to another party.
- I, the seller, may still showcase the character design(s) as a portfolio piece but may not use said character(s) in any other way without permission (written or otherwise) from the customer.
