A rather short tempered, usually pissed lady which has been in possession of exceptional lightning powers (such as the power to conjure up and control storms) from birth. Despite her name blizzard is typically associated with warm summer-thunderstorms, the kind of heavy storm to accure after a long heat wave. Please take notice when drawing her that all of her blue markings aswell as her eyes glow in the dark. |
