Personality
Seemingly cold and cruel, he's actually a crybaby with a vindictive streak. Since he's not very strong, he likes to surround himself with larger, tougher looking strudels, even going so far as to purposely associate himself with tricksters. He likes to call himself an activist, acting on his resentment toward the corrupt upper-class via sabotage.
Story
Raised in a neighborhood hit hard by the offering shortage, he got involved with a small band of strudels and took part in a heist in which they stole offerings from the upper-class. After that successful heist, he assembled a larger group and continued to stage more and more elaborate heists any time he could find an opening. During one fateful heist, he ran into Tommy and his gang, and the two quickly became allies. He now leads a group and works under Tommy, staging heists with information he's gathered.
