Lazlow

A cabbie driver in the Sprawl, who traded his soul to get an eye from a demon, that would let him track anything and find any place. That demon, Scritzriven, he met at a rest stop. Lazlow was already blind in his right eye, and had it surgically removed earlier that day to prevent infection, and asked the surgeon kindly if he could keep it. Having a ziploc bag with a human eye in it is what prompted Scritzriven, in his human disguise, to approach Lazlow to begin with. A deal was struck, after Scritz revealed himself to Lazlow in a bid to convince him to give him his removed eye, and Scritz now keeps it in the socket he pulled his eye from to give to Lazlow. Neither of them had longterm plans for the extra eye, beyond "that sure would be cool to have!"
