What really is there to cover about Reggie? He's a Microbiologist and an Epitheliologist. He's incredibly proficent with his epithet, having found unique ways to utilize it. Currently the head of the Gemini Project at Dynamic Details, meaning he has to deal with everyone't constant nonsense. It's a miracle he even has his head on after these greuling months. Being able to shrink and simply leave the situation must be really helpful. Otherwise he's a generally very middle of the road kind of guy. But just... really apathetic. And yet obssessed with the smaller details of things.

- He can hear people no matter how much he's shrunk them.
- Always is the tallest person in the room. If someone is taller than him, he will make himself taller. If they can also make themself taller, this can and will lead to two fifty foot people passive-aggressively growing inch by inch until someone with a braincell steps in.

Brought onto the Gemini Team in it's early days, Reggie has seen a lot of changes happen over the year. He worked closely with Elliot before he went off and stole a bunch of research. So Reggie was left to pick up the pieces and get them ahead of where they once were. A new Gemini team was assembled and set out to work together. To. Some success.
Things very clearly started to get desprate for the project, so when Derek approached Reggie with the idea of a side hustle working for the US Military, Reggie sorta shrugged and went along with it. Now he was spearheading Epithet removal and Military Grade Weapons. Average tuesday.
Of course, when the actual meeting with the military rolls around, the police just had to ruin things. So Reggie stayed back at this little popup train store, purposefully built as a decoy. To purposefully entrap and kidnap the officers after their ass. And... the random guy who walked in on accident. We can't exactly let witnesses walk free.
