Someone is stealing from me

( This is public so it can be share off site easily ) Update: I made the ticket with the admin after finish this for my character, and it has been taken care of on my ended, I the ticket I made for the other persons character has also been taken care of you can find the tickets I made, and the Admin's response on my tickets as well.

I recently came back a couple of days ago to find out the creator that I bought the character from decided to reupload my character, and is using it without my permission ( it isn't for art examples either... ) I want to say I'm very upset, hurt, depressed, and my anxiety has spiked highly. ( While writing this I also came across another character they sold someone else, and is stealing it they reuploaded 1 of the pieces of art that went with the original character when it was sold they also kept the design the same not counting original color palette, and even went with the original name... On top of that they are trying to claim that they came up with the design when they didn't...  This will be at the bottom below links, and after my stuff about my case... I will also give a ruff summary about photo's above the links too )

The creator moved accounts ( old account still up, and links the new one, and I will also say I check back with people I've bought from before to maybe buy again if I find something that's how I found out... ) , and reuploaded the character renaming to the name I'm not currently using that came with the character ( Names that came with the character is Death Talon, and Death Star when buy it the name was Death Talon there are references in the gallery of both these names... ) it using the same design, and art they sold me ( they did not do this for art examples and did not ask my permission to still use the character for rp ) they uploaded 2 of the old images that came with my character plus they made 2 new pieces of my character ( one with the feral, and humanish form they also named the humanish form though it's still technically the same character... so far they basically stolen 2 designs from me ), and never linked the images to my character or shared them with me...  They also linked it to other peoples characters for rp / relationship purposes ( haven't removed mine from some of the old links since I haven't have time either my life outside of toyhouse is very busy so I can be gone for long periods of time ) They are stealing both the feral version, and the humanish version of my Character Death Star...

This character ( Death Star ) was part of a bundle I bought there were 4 characters, and the most expensive worth is the one they are using... It was priced at $40, and the other 3 worth was around $10 each, but I bought the bundle for $30 on top of that they haven't messaged me to ask about buying back though I have no plans to sell them currently plus they are a main sona.... and were even put in my main sona folder the day I bought them.....  ( Probably decided to steal it because they didn't want to try messaging me knowing I wouldn't or wanted to keep the money, and not try to offer me anything to try, and get my character back but wanted still use the character without me knowing.... )

I have always been afraid of art thief's, and prayed it would never happened to me....  Any to think it did from someone in the community I bought from....  I honestly don't know how to go about some of this since I don't know many people in the art world anymore so I don't know what to do...  ( when deviantart went that kind of went too I lost a lot of friends plus my life outside of online is busy to the point I don't have time to make friends online anymore ) This whole situation has me so stressed out, and upset I don't know where to turn, and my anxiety levels are through the roof.... These characters I love a lot, and mean the world to me I use them in my stories as well as draw them traditionally often they are a big comfort to me, and I love each dearly. So this whole situation has really hurt me, and broke my heart, and I'm to the point I'm debating about hiding everyone on toyhouse except to those I have authorized....

I haven't broken their Tos ( there will be a image below ) Plus they never updated the ones I bought either I'm exposed to be able to resale after a month ( I don't plan too unless possibly a emergency, and I have no other choice to live type thing. As of this I have not messaged them since I don't want them to just hide the character, and still use it or make it authorized only can see it... Or be blocked, and nothing be done either.... ( The fact that they have done this with multiple characters now shows mercxiee is doing this intentionally, and they will probably do it to many more people in the future ) 

Also I'm gonna call out https://toyhou.se/Applefoxstar They are the person who's linked to my character Death Star, and also excepted the new link request from mercxiee to allow the stolen one to also be linked to their character...  They should have recognized the character not counting checking the links at some point Death Star, and Death Talon are both names my character came with if they rp with mercxiee which I say they do since it involves warriors cats it would be a hard to miss thing... So I'm gonna assume that they know the character is stolen, and even support art theft / support their friends decisions on this... Also the character with the links to other charcaters https://toyhou.se/18058161.jayspirit ( which this character is apparently a main / sona character to Applefoxstar... ) ( I always check my mains / sonas so I usually keep a extra close eye on them as do most people... )

Thank to me having to deal with all of this I'm updating the watermarks for this character....  Not counting the other 3 I got from them....  I'm also thinking of making my account authorized only or hiding them all unless they may possibly be ones I'm giving away or trading or saleing type of thing.... Also if anyone thinks I need to link the other character I got in the bundle too please let me know.

Imagines 1-7 Are showing some of me owning Death Star / Death Talon plus the 4th, and 5th image has the time stamp when they were uploaded,

10 to 15 are images showing them transfering the character / characters ( I included Haybale since they apparently created them... plus it shows I payed $30 for the bundle )  to me, and that I am the current owner as well as mercxiee Tos which I mentioned above I haven't broken, and they didn't change the permissions like they should have to allow me to sale if I desire ( though again I don't have plans to get rid of them... and I can understand being forgetful as far as permissions but all the things they have done they don't want the character to really go anywhere ) 

16, and 17 are more images to go with 1 -7 just picture of my laptop screen with my phones camera because I didn't want the headache of trying to screenshot stuff on my computer... When I'm at 51 images for my stuff for this thing alone...  

18 to 23 are images from the forum I bought them from... plus the notifications to the forum I was subscribed too 

24 to 26 are images of my outbox so at to have the full out going conversation as well, and the messages we exchanged ( I have not received any private message or direct message which ever way you want to refer to it

27 to 29 they show both of mercxiee toyhouse profiles 

30 to 36 these show that they have uploaded my character with the name I'm not using ( Death Talon as mentioned above ) , and used 2 of the images that came with my character when it was sold to me plus then following up with making 2 new images which I do not own, and gave the humanish form a new name when it's the same character but they acted like it was a different character.... with this they have stolen 2 designs I own.... 36 is of the folder they are in on their account ( time stamps are in the important written information above besides being on the images )

37, and 38 show the designs they apparently made but I have my doubts on some of them now....  ( 38 contains both mine, and re_carnation stole characters, and more about their stuff after I hit 51 ) 

39, and 40 relate to 30 to 36 just images from my computer with my phone camera ( 39, and 40 go with 30 thru 36 are just like how I did 16, and 17 is to 1 thru 7 )  

41 to 45 are what I see in mercxiee art gallery ( which they have all art stuff in general being stored on the old account ) , and the time stamps I have the images starting at the bottom of page 1 then more images till the top of page 1 so you can see all images I saw on page 1, and had to go through rip then on, and then the bottom of pages 4, and the top of page 5 are the two images that are in my character gallery. ( also I can't remember if your setting if you have it at the max limit of viewing affect just characters or art, and design area too as to how many can be viewed on each page also sorry if I made it confusing ) 

46 to 48 show the linking from my viewing of Applefoxstar's character jayspirit you see my character, and jayspirit, and then the stolen upload of my character, and jayspirit 

49 to 51 is of the sale post mercxiee has on deviantart, plus I saved the image, circled the 4 that I bought that came in my bundle ( also you can see on the last row on the bottom right re_carnation character wish " the one they bought "

The 1st one after the deviantart stuff starts re_carnations character stuff so images 1 thru 7 counting the 1st one I mentioned are theirs the others after are mercxiee then the next 7 are images from mercxiee so 8 thru 14 ( or 52 to 65 for this whole section ) I will also have the image mercxiee used that was with re_carnations character when they bought it ( that image will be first so you can compare the images easier to see they don't change then the other information )

I also add 2 more images that I forgot when I was double checking over everything, which shows mercxiee is also using the stolen character for rp one of the characters is https://toyhou.se/18469062.veilsong which is also a main sona of Applestarfox... ( so I will be adding a 4 image instead of it being just the 2 all new images they have been added ) 

I'm already trying to get in contact with re_carnation ( I tried discord, and private messaging / direct messaging ) , and still need to contact wishinbone ( I have just private messaged / direct messaged them )
