Biography: 

 while going to the apartment he rented for college, everything went well and extremely smoothly. But someone else had different plans. He met with his roommate and they got along. However, he heard a noise that night and went to investigate, when he stepped outside someone had hit him over the head with a baseball bat. He fell to the floor unconscious, but when he woke there was a dead body in front of him and a grey gun in his hand. Did he do it? He kept telling himself no. But the police busted the door down and found him with the gun, of course, the trial didn’t go in his favor but he miraculously didn’t get charged. The reason he learned years laters was because his lawyers used fake evidence in his favor. 
Years later he vowed to never let anyone get a false charge again. And he became a detective, so he can look at every single piece of evidence. Because of his slight blindness in later years, he’s becoming more distant and cold, he becomes a little less motivated at his job. And know has to have a partner to help him out at all times when he needs it. Tries to stay happy.
