NO REFUNDS. All purchases are final, you may give the adopt back to me if you do not want it anymore but you will not get any money back after the purchase is finalized.
Purchases are made through comments on the adopt's character page, if the adopt is up for auction there will be a comment thread for bidding and ABs.
I take payments through Venmo and Paypal in USD ONLY
Holds can be arranged under certain circumstances, feel free to contact me and we can arrange something!! I do have the right to refuse any hold I want to though and if there is no follow through on the payment by the time the hold is over, or if I feel the hold shouldn't be continued with, I will put the adopt back up for sale.
I typically only accept full payment upfront but I am willing to make arrangements for payment plans, dm me and we might be able to work something out!! I will NOT transfer the character until the plan has been paid in full. I have the right to refuse any payment plan I want to, or to back out of a payment plan in progress if I feel it is unsafe to continue with. I will NOT refund the money you've already spent if I need to back out and I will put the adopt back up for sale.
If I don't hear back from you within 24 hours after I respond to the purchase claim, the adopt will be put back up for sale.
After the purchase has been made and I've received full payment I will transfer you the character page!

All adopts that are available for trades will labeled as such if it is NOT labeled as available for trading then DO NOT offer trades as they will be declined.
I will accept custom art of my ocs, character trades, or custom characters if I like your style and/or the characters.

Feel free to make minor edits to your adopt as you please as long as the adopt is still recognizable. i.e. gender, hair color, skin color, height, clothes, etc
You may NOT edit my original art.
You may NOT turn any of my designs into a closed species.

I retain all legal rights to my designs. For this reason, my adopts are for non-commercial use only. i.e. My adopts may not be used in anything that will potentially turn up a profit such as games, books, comics etc. certain things may be okay such as making custom art for prints or other merchandise DM me for more details.
Once you buy the adopt it's yours to use as you please for non-commercial purposes!!
You CANNOT claim to be the creator of the design, only the owner of the character.
You must ALWAYS credit me as the creator of the design.
If you get the character transferred to you via toyhouse, DO NOT hide them from me (i.e. set them as me-only, or auth-only without authorizing me). This makes it very difficult to track my designs.

DO NOT resell my adopts for more than you got them for, and you may NOT resell any adopt you got for free. i.e. in a trade or gift
If the adopt was bought and you have commissioned extra art, you CAN sell them for the original price + how much the art was worth. You can resell designs you got for free ONLY if they have extra art you paid for.
When reselling, gifting, or trading, the old owner MUST warn me and let the new owner know to contact me, especially if it is given away off site so I can keep track of who owns my designs and so they have access to my T.O.S.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS MY ART ALLOWED TO BE COPIED.
