She was named far after Goldenvalor changed the system but her title would be Silver's Truth

While Goldenvalor is technically a leader of the dogs of Sanctuary, he isn't actually officially the leader. Long ago, when Goldenvalor was the official leader, and so many hated the thought of having some one immortal with no fear of death becoming their protector. So, there were a series of rebellions and failed attempts of revolutions. Kismet foresaw that if this continued, Goldenvalor's paranoia would cause bigger disaster so he organized a new system. For a while now Goldenvalor's descendants have held the power and position of being called the Alpha (a name chosen by Kismet after learning what humans in other world called the leader of a wolf pack). Goldenvalor can make calls on his own and acts as the second most major advisor (Kismet is the first).

Silvertruth was named for her silver fur and her, well, truthfulness. She hates lying, and she hates hearing lies. It's even more frustrating for her if it isn't lying, but delibrately hiding the truth, so her relationship with Kismet is really rocky. Silvertruth is intelligent and compassionate, she deeply thinks through everything, especially if lives are at stake, and she greatly respects anything Goldenvalor tells her.

Silvertruth doesn't really like the trust she struggles to keep between her people and the cats and foxes because it''s stressful for her to keep up. Thank goodness Shore notices this and makes sure to keep Coral and Negative patient around her or else she'd break it off entirely. Shore visits fairly often, especially compared to the foxes, and makes sure to keep his meetings brief, the usual information on the state of the cats. It's another reason why she keeps up this relationship because while her parents had focused on venturing the far corners of Sanctuary, she was cared for by the snow leopard healer, Juniper who started spending a lot of time in the cat nation once Silvertruth grew up.
