Natural Abilities
- Aquatic Respiration: Tawdry has the ability to breathe underwater due to the gills they possess. Their webbed talons, sail, and powerful tail make them an especially good swimmer. However, they cannot dive too deep, and usually stick to coral reefs and other shallow areas of the ocean while underwater.
- Aquatic Vision: Tawdry has an extra transparent set of eyelids that they shut while swimming, providing them specialized vision while underwater. Unlike SeaWings, they do not have the ability to see well in the dark.
- Echolocation: In addition to their specialized aquatic vision, Tawdry can use echolocation to find their way while underwater. They often use this ability while swimming at night or in dark, unlit areas due to their lack of night vision, and are additionally able to use it in conjunction with Whistle/Signal to communicate over long distances underwater.
