Requiem's Ownership

If you own any of my designs (older designs also apply) you must agree and follow to these terms:

-All sales and transactions are final and non-refundable. This means that transactions are irreversible.

You are allowed to trade, gift and resell my design, but do not sell for more than you have originally paid for unless it comes with commissioned art. The price range must be reasonable. Personal art and art trades does count towards monetary value, but gift art does not.

If you have obtained the design via trade (art/character/gift), you ARE allowed to resell it for the original price it was previously paid for. However, the price range must be reasonable and cannot be more than it was originally paid for from the previous owner.

-Do not purchase designs with the intentions to resell / make profit. I understand people eventually lose attachment, but purposefully purchasing my designs just to sell them off isn't allowed.  

-If you co-own my designs with another person who wants to resell their side of the ownership, the og resale price must be split depending on how many owners (ex: 3 owners: 1/3 partial payment) while your ownership is still kept. Full ownership (ALL the owners sacrifice ownership) is given when the buyer fully pays the original price, divided to all the owners.

-do not use my designs for NFTS or offensively. 

- Appreciated if you don't delete my designs, as it removes all history of ownership!

-Do not edit over my art, unless given consent. Redesigns are fine.

If you're unsure or have any questions regarding my tos, feel free to reach out! Failure to comply to these terms will result in you being blocked, blacklisted from obtaining any designs from me or/and the design revoked. Thanks
