A tinkerer living just outside of Mikko Mill, near the Orville border. Pessy initially mistakes him for a wizard watching him use everyday items as he uses a lot more electric technology than most people so close to Orville.
On drawing him: Please don't draw him WITHOUT his crooked teeth. Even when his mouth is closed. It's part of his design (and it makes him cute ^_^)
