- Terms of service must be read before commission is requested. When commissioning NixzArtz you are agreeing to all TOS regardless of reading or not, not reading it will lead to your expense if you do not follow my TOS.
- Commission prices can change and fluctuate. Discount weeks can also happen. However, both of these things will not affect any commissions in the current queue. EXAMPLE: If you have a commission of a headshot for 20$ that I'm working on, and my prices for headshots change to $30, since your commission request was before the price change you will still only have to pay 20$ for said commission.
- Commissions can be denied by the artist if the client does not listen to TOS. (This rarely occurs, but sometimes it still does.)
- TAT (Turn around time) 1-7 days from START of drawing unless specified otherwise. Larger pieces will have longer TAT’s. Days waiting for payment do not count towards TAT, and the time only starts once I have begun working on you're commission in specifics.
- Extra characters are +50-75% ontop of base price

| Flat Background | Comes with a colored patter backdrop, non immersive background but will have to do with the piece or character. | Example; if a character has to do with the sea I would add maybe little bubbles or fish silhouettes. | Free of charge, just request it. |
| Simple background | A more drawn out background that will be colored the same as the piece to match, good as a backdrop and can be blurred to make character art pop more. | Example; if the character piece is only a greyscale or sketch, the background will be as well unless discussed otherwise. | $5 |
| Immersive background | comes with a full detailed background and interactive looking elements alongside of and slightly in front of parts of the character. | Example; these can have smoke or magic around the character, fire behind them or explosions, waves along the bottom of the character with splashes, the character underwater, etc. | $10 |
| A second character in the same piece | this can be anywhere from +1-5 additional characters draw in within the same piece. for these i can do interactions, ship art, fight scenes, lore scenes, mini comics, etc. | I can do fulls or closeup shots of other characters that will have the price reduced. | +75% of original commission price for character without additions |
