 A mysterious foreigner to the city, Nikko, occasionally spelled Nico or Niko, popped up suddenly in the lower Residential Quarter and has been behind a string of knocked out punks and criminals beaten to a pulp in the streets. No one knows who she is or why the talented fighter is randomly picking fights with anyone who looks moderately combative, but Crow need not seek her out as she was quick to present herself to him, Clutch, and Amsel during an underground circuit. What happens next is anyone guess though Clutch seems to find something familiar about the strange girl and she’s all to eager to battle it out with him hmmm.
