A magical girl from Magical March 2021.
She may look like an ordinary girl most of the time, but she's actually a reanimated creature Frankensteined together from various people! Whoa! On top of that, she can transform into the spooktacular Magical Girl Deadbolt!
I don't have much else.
I added a height to her reference sheet there! Well, one thing or another happened, and she's now canonically six feet tall. Good for her!
She transforms by calling down a bolt of lightning, which fills her body with electro-magical power. She has various devices and wiring installed in her to make it all work. It's magic, it's science, it's a horrible mix of both.
When she's not charged up, she's a lot more chill. Less brain electricity.
