history
Her biggest fear is death as well as becoming one of the Fog’s full vessels. By securing her own mortality, she offers fresh bodies for the Fog to consume. Raine gave her life away to survive the only way she knew how. There appears to be a mutual bond between the two as it does more good for it to keep her alive. Raine used to fight for something but it is pretty clear, that whatever it was, has perished along with her sense of hope. Visions of the Fog shroud her dreams, giving her many exhausting nights with little sleep. She has lost everything but her own will to live, which she will fiercely defend with every last fight left in her.

design notes
- Raine's tail is limp on the end after getting caught in a hard place. Usually seen curled over in a hook shape.
- The scars that cover her body are from her past victims fighting back.
- Has acid burns on her paws where fur does not grow anymore.
- She wears nails as earrings.

As a survivor on the surface, she has grown to become an intelligent manipulator. If she finds another living animal, she will lure them in and keep them close with a friendly persona. This may take days or even weeks. In the end, when she gathers up enough trust, she gives them a quick death and leaves their body by a fog nest. This endless cycle has taken a deep toll on her mental health. She feels a constant cloud of guilt hang over her, which she may vent to some of her victims about. It’s not like there’s anyone else to share these feelings with.
personality
She absolutely despises its existence but it’s keeping her alive… for now.
After meeting one another, she has found Lynx to be of use with his newfound ability to communicate to the Fog. She thinks this might be her way out.
