Dinky (Persona)

about the character dinky, the unhinged, deranged scientist who has no problem performing very very unethical, and slightly illegal (okay, illegal) experiments on innocent and willing subjects. she's a wanted fugitive on the run for crimes against humanity, is known for her insane laughter. and is probably clinically insane, who will never be sane and happy again. she also is an avid watcher of "the saw" series.
