ChompGod's Original Design TOS:

If you see anyone breaking any of these, please notify me with proof so I can take the proper action.

>I retain the rights to the original artwork as the artist. I can post it anywhere. If you sell merchandise with it, I'd like a percentage, but it can be discussed. I will not resell the design or original artwork.

>Do not resell the original artwork/design to multiple different people under the presumption that they are the only ones in possession of it (no scamming).

>You can do whatever you want with my designs (sell for more than you purchased for, trade, gift, redesign, anything). If you're scared or aren't sure, you can just ask me! ♥

>DO NOT put your own TOS on my design, or you will be blocked and permanently blacklisted. Don't tell anyone what to do with designs I made after it's given to someone else (ie: locking them to your ownership only/they can only resell to you, telling them they can only gift it). You can ask them politely to do so and understand they are allowed not to.

>DO NOT revoke my designs from someone. If I see this occur, you will be permanently blocked.

>You may assign worth to a design even if you received it for free! If you need help deciding how much it should be, feel free to reach out to me.

>This is just a preference, but I'd like it if my designs could remain on toyhouse. You will lose characters forever by leaving them to the void. I have hundreds of TH invite codes. If someone needs one or more, you may ask me for them, completely free of charge!

>Another preference, do not sell/trade my designs to anyone who has me blacklisted. It is a clear indicator they'd like nothing to do with me and it's kinda weird for them to own something I made.

I do not and never will revoke characters.

Anyone blocked is blacklisted, I don't keep an official blacklist because I don't care enough and it's impossible to keep up with changing usernames.

If you break any of these, you may talk to me about being unblocked. I love to make amends and get closure regardless of what happened in the situation! I will not hold a grudge. ♥
