A sea hunter who is capable of bonding with battle puppets unlike any other. Diver can read what they're feeling and he exclusively talks to puppets. He stays completely mute to other people, refusing to talk.
Face was scarred during a sea siege. Quiet and awkward, but he's a very hard worker. He struggles picking up social cues and reading other people's emotions.
