Oscar York is one of the Officers at the Central Islands Cityguard. He is one of Cedric's subordinates and holds Cedric in high standards.
Despite the City Guard being his dream job, Oscar is generally rather...unqualified for the position. While he brings the motivation and spirit, he is incredibly clumsy and a bit slow on catching up with things.
Nevertheless, his honesty and genuine heart makes up for his shortcomings. Sometimes. He usually gets scolded by Cedric alongside his teammate.
