trade's Ownership

⚠️ These terms of service apply on EVERY APPLICATION! If you are not sure about something, you can ask me questions. ⚠️

IMPORTANT: Do not resell for a higher price than you paid unless you have extra art that you COMMISSIONED!!

PAYMENTS

•Please do not make any payments until I have confirmed your order.

•I accept only paypal currently. I will give you specific instructions based on how I want them sent! Please follow them.

•Payments must be made after your offer is accepted or else the adopt will be put up for sale again.

•No refunds.

HOLDS

• I do not do holds. Blocked if unable to pay immediately.

CHANGES

•Minor changes can be made after your purchase, but the original design must still be recognizable. (Example: Scars,Beauty marks, or removing a tiny detail)

•You may NOT change the gender to make a second character (siblings / twins)

•You may not change the species of the character. (Applies only if it’s a CS)

•You may not change any rarity traits. (Applies only if it’s a CS)

USAGE

•Once purchased in full, only you, and your co-owner(s), may use the character.

•You may use the character(s) as personal use only.

•Do not claim the original design as your own.

•You may not trace, copy, or edit the original artwork / species.

•You may upload the original artwork to other applications WITH proper credit.

•If a base is used, don’t forget to credit the base owner. 

TRANSFERS

•You may NOT use my species/art commercially.

•You may gift,trade, and resell.

•Please notify me as to who is the new owner (MANDATORY)

•If traded of gifted, the new owner must be aware of my terms of services.

CO-OWN

•You may co-own a character, but I must be aware that both parties in question are aware and consent to the co-owning of the character.

•There’s no rules of how you must split the cost, but both parties must agree to their share of payment/rights to the adopt.

•In co-owning, both/all parties must agree to the name, gender, story, etc.

•If co-owning, you may only gift or trade your half or part of the co-own.

**If you fail to follow my TOS, you’ll be placed in a blacklisted list and not be able to adopt/commission me.
