A rare instance of someone who's soul contains an inanimate object component. Inanimate objects do not usually have souls, so how a human soul can incorporate traits from an inanimate object is a mystery. In Sjogo's case, the object was a traffic light.
It has to wear a hat to cover an antenna he had from birth. This antenna picks up on signals that control traffic lights, which can partially mind control him, removing the ability for him to control his abilities, movement, speech, and facial expressions.
Its abilities are tied to making his eyes light up. He can target anyone with the ability, including himself. The red eye will temporarily freeze the target in place, yellow slows them down, and green speeds them up. It is only capable of targeting one person at a time.
