ADOPT/DESIGN TOS:

All my designs have a 14 day/2 week cooldown before they can be resold/traded. Gifting has no cooldown!
You can resell for the price you paid or lower UNLESS you have additional art for the design.
Characters received through trades cannot be resold unless you have added to their worth (see below)
Only the following art counts towards worth:
- Commissioned art
- FULLY FINISHED personal art
- For personal art, please use your own commission prices as reference. If you have any questions, you can DM me!
- Gifts, trades, and low-effort personal art DO NOT COUNTED TOWARDS THE WORTH
DO NOT LIGHTEN THE SKIN TONE. Aside from that, you can edit the design as much as you'd like! There's no need to ask permission for things like outfit edits/alternate outfits and the like, I just ask that you keep my original design/art in the gallery for reference. Asking for permission for bigger design changes is appreciated, but not required.
DO NOT EDIT OVER MY ORIGINAL ART. I can do small edits for free, just ask!
My Foxtopi designs can only be transferred to people with an account on the foxtop.us website.
Please let me know if you want to turn one of my designs into a closed species!
You can give my Foxtopi designs non-species AU designs, but they must always remain connected. (AKA no gift/trade/resell of the AU design separate from the Foxtopi design.)
For my other closed species designs, please refer to the specific species' TOS if you would like to design a non-species AU or anything similar.
Do not gift/trade/resell my characters to someone outside of Toyhouse. I can give a Toyhouse code if needed.
DO NOT DELETE MY DESIGNS! you can hide them, but DO NOT DELETE THEM!
If you break the rules, you get up to 2 warnings before you will be blacklisted.
Do not give my designs to blacklisted users. (see below)

BLACKLIST

Blacklisted users are not allowed to own any of my designs. I don't reveal the reasons for blacklisting unless there's a public PSA.
