His main job at the company is to transport his passengers comfortably and safely to their desired destination. In a world where modern technologies could not compete with the supernatural, his skill set is very valuable to ensure the safety of the pssengers in long trips between areas inhabited by dangerous yokais. That is also the reason he got recruited to work in the company in the first place.

Personality-wise, he's a pretty chill and cool-headed fox but takes his job and duty very seriously as there are lives at stake. However, with enough pressure and stress, he might begin to lose his composure. To relieve some strain on the mind, he loves to read in his free time. He can be seen sitting alone under a tree shade or on his rickshaw from time to time, reading away.

His main power, pyrokinesis, was gained after becoming a white fox. However, he didn't feel like it was suitable for him, as he found it quite destructive. He eventually learned to control it well enough to use it to his advantage in battles with other yokai, and also to not accidentally burn his newly printed, first-edition, author-signed booklets when he starts reading the intense part. He still kept some of the leftover ashes from the ordeals.

Another powerful and exciting skill that he possesses is ... planning. He has a knack for details that others might miss. This helps in safer maneuvers around the routes. Most of his clients also say that he's a great tour guide as he does a lot of research about the area before he passes through it. However, His colleagues like to tease him about his meticulousness. He can be observed giving facts about the current locale to his passengers accompanied by snacks/warm tea, and asking if they are comfy.
