Overview
The Chief Justice and Supreme Overseer of the Divine Court; an arbiter with an intimidating amount of sway and power. The only being higher than him in this domain is Orquidice himself.
As the Chief Justice, Narcissus presides over nearly every case that comes into court. Although he may appear weak in comparison to the other arbiters, it'd be wise of you to never assume anything. The only ones able to hold a candle to his physical prowess are Gladiolus and Osmanthus. But don't worry - he never picks a fight. Unless you give him a reason to, of course.
Violence is an uncivilized response instead of a final solution: tactless and out of hand. That being said, I'm not above being, hmm...justly uncivilized if necessary.
