summary:
fogstar is a calm, reserved and soft-spoken leader
he is a kind and wise one, trying to manage conflict inside of cloudclan if it happens
while he has overcome most of his shyness when it comes to public-speaking, he still remains so when faced one on one with someone he doesn't know that much about
his fighting style is elegant, yet strategic, he knows how to be graceful and swift when it comes to combat
whenever he has some alone time, he either sleeps, wanders around to collect flowers because he loves them (not too far due to the fear of sunlight) or relaxes
other clan cats criticize his relaxed nature as being lazy like a kittypet, and the other half revere his smart yet calm attitude
fun fact, he does have a kittypet ancestor, which explains his fluffy fur (although most of his relatives do not have this characteristic)
he is also an albino cat, meaning that his eyes are sensitive to the light, and he is sensitive to the heat
thankfully he lives in a cooler area than the rest of the other parts of the philippines, so he is mostly at peace with his surroundings
he still has to be wary about sunlight, though

notes:
-he has a bit of eyeliner-like markings under his eyes, this was a design choice to make him stand out from other albino characters, especially the addition of flowers (more specifically, boatlilies)
-his paw pad colors are the same as his inner ear colors (pink, and also applies to all paws)
-although the only picture i have of him now doesn't show his full body, i can assure you that there is nothing more to his design than what was already shown (except for the fact that he has a very thick, fluffy tail)
