You're free to use your designs as you'd like, this includes;
> Renaming, redesigning or whatever fits your needs!
> Using them as a sona, for comics, stories, animations, games whatever.
> You cannot "split" my designs. If they have an old design you don't want, please just remove the art from the gallery.
> You cannot turn my designs into existing Closed Species OR create a species out of my creations.
Commercial use;
> As of 23. May 2023, designs originally created after this date come with commercial licensing. Upload date onto toyhou.se doesn't always reflect original creation date.
> If permission for commercial use has been granted for designs originally created prior to of May 2023, the permission above will have this explicitly stated.
> I retain full rights to my artwork, and do not permit commercial use of my work under any circumstance.
> You cannot use my art or designs for AI, or NFTs.
> *Luzeems created by me doesn't come with automatic commercial rights, no matter when they were created as they're an in-universe species. If permission is granted, it will be above this section in bold letters.
When it comes to selling/trading/gifting designs by me;
> I'd appreciate it if you could contact me if you want to part with this character in the future, there is a chance I might want them back! Not mandatory, unless agreed upon in advance.
> It's against my art TOS to appraise artwork made by me, if it wasn't a commission you bought, value is $0 by default.
> Though you are free to sell characters you have bought. You may not sell traded or gifted characters, unless they come with additional art.
> You cannot put any additional rules to any of my designs, the only terms that apply are listed within this TOS. Trade-locks are ok, but aren't enforceable.
Note;
> Once a design is out of my hands, I obviously cannot control what people do with them. The only time I'll revoke a design is if a scam has taken place.
