VERY GOOD DESCRIPTION

• HANDS. HOOFS. NO FEET/TOES
• they are fat thankyou
• i forget to draw it 99% of the time but their tail is more like a donkey's than a horse, long and tipped with darker fur
• the hair is choppy and curled, growing all the way down zir back & fluffing out around the face because of their turtleneck
• google tells me the shade i'm going for with the horn/sweater is "sea green". kind of a dark green with a little bit of teal ???
• i think everything else is self explanatory
• the legs are like Horse Leggs but the rest of it is anthro

• some kinda fucked up dragon actually
• they were summoned against their will and couldn't be slain so they were cursed instead 
• they aren't trapped in Horse Form necessarily but taking on a smaller form conserves magic and keeps them alive longer
