Since the beginning of his existence, he's always been very soft and sweet. A God that cares a lot about the mortals that live on this world. He rarely leaves his humble home, full of comfortable bedding and lavender incense. Most days he's seemingly asleep, but he's actually in a deep meditative state. While he's like this he astral projects, collecting strands of consciousness and weaving them into dreams. Even when he's in this deep state, he can still feel anything that happens to his body, so a simple way of bringing him back to consciousness is by brushing against his skin.

He is a very approachable God, though most mortals recall feeling drowsy in his presence. Some mortals who had sleep issues before meeting Mamu even accidentally fall asleep while in attendance, only to wake up hours later in the God's arms. They recall feeling rejuvenated afterward, like that was the best sleep they've had in years, and whatever ailment that caused their lack of sleep to be cured.
