Falei was a kindhearted, quiet wolf. She spent most of her time out picking herbs or practising her magic. It was on one such day that she met Varas, a Caedric, and got talking to him. She was charmed by his tough demeanour and the way it seemed to fade into something softer when she looked at him. Their relationship soon turned romantic and resulted in Falei's pregnancy, which Varas stayed with her for, hunting and helping to gather nest materials. They agreed to part when the pup had been born, and a month after that date, they said a sorrowful goodbye.

Falei raised Kyran well, teaching him to be kind and empathetic, and to not be quick to judge, as well as how to hunt and look after himself. They had an extremely close bond and were very protective of one another, especially Kyran once he was older. She often spoke of Varas when Kyran asked, telling stories from their brief time together. She went missing 3 years ago, when Kyran was 16, and hasn't been seen since, believed dead by her son.
