Has gloves for his right arm that have claws and metal plates for hitting people hard, but can also swap out his left arm prosthetics for tools and other attachments

Appearance A dark colored and rather lean rabbit-deer hybrid. His face and ears are the most rabbit like traits, and he possesses a rather long fluffy tail and often the antlers of a deer with 2-3 prongs. His fur is blacks and grays, ticked with dark speckles with a white underside and a dark stripe down his spine. Both of his legs are amputated transtibial (below the knee) as well as his left arm (transradial). His arm was from predation and his legs from an injury related to his prior profession. He has darker points on his extremities and face. (like a siamese cat)

Height: 5'5"-6' depending on prosthetics. Natural birth height around 5'8".

Holland has lived a difficult life, he harbors anger and holds little patience for most things. Since turning over a new leaf and affiliating with the local police he is generally too absorbed in his work to even bother a genuine smile or interaction and often judges or is critical of others. Either stupid kids or potential criminals, a few civilians mixed in. He is determined to rip the roots out of the local Yakuza groups and fell the tree of their organizations, but as a one-person team he hasn't had much success. Additionally due to his unfriendliness and general unyielding of his ideals he's had a hard time finding a partner for patrols and his chief instead assigned him to go undercover at YYU to sniff out potential connections. He's found a few, but nothing substantial and instead he thinks he was sent to YYU as a distraction. He has a dry sense of humor and finds sarcasm the funniest, with a little alcohol in his system he will also be a bit more social and talkative.

Likes: Colognes, newspapers, ghost podcasts and supernatural stories, watching documentaries, action movies, biking, reading, suits and nice hair gels, sarcasm.

History: Born to a deer mother and a rabbit father, his mother was a native of Japan and was visiting the Americas to meet a friend,  instead meeting her forever partner. The two were close and his mother conceived and gave birth to him in America. When it was safe to travel she returned to Japan to raise him, and when he was old enough he frequently visited each parent between countries and during breaks from schooling.

Much of his childhood was normal and calm, but as he got older and starting in his last year in high school he fell into a bad crowd, trying to impress people he thought were friends, and others  who didn't matter. He was contracted into a large Yakuza group, mostly for fear of harm to his mother, and began to work with them in the Black Markets and with various criminal acts. Eventually the yakuza overtook his life and his contact with his mother waned to just a vague voicemail once a year or a letter with no return address and a wad of cash. He did whatever he needed to and lost sight of himself and kindness, yet he found a way out around 2005 when an accident at 'work' left him hospitalized and assumed dead. He lost both his legs and when he attempted to return to the group he was assaulted by predators and lost an arm. The predators who attacked him were fended off, one dying from wounds and the others arrested. Holland faced the same fate, being carted off to jail, however on his trial the judge and local policed decided he'd be a better asset. At the beginning of 2006, he began  work for the Tokyo police as an informant and undercover agent, later completing schooling to become an official police officer. His life was turning around and he was determined to make sure no one else fell into the same sinkhole as he did, with a side of added spite and revenge. By 2010 he was a detective for the branch, investigating violent crimes, murders, predations and trafficing for Black Market livestock. He'd freed several prisoners and victims yet he was no closer to his goals.

Eventually he was assigned to go undercover at YYU, with the school cooperating in the investigations, after tips of local criminal groups sending agents and thugs to the school to both harass and potentially harm citizens. He applied and with his younger grades being honors he had no issue in being accepted, though he disliked the idea, and was advised regardless of his academic past he'd be accepted as a member of law enforcement and prior agreements between the force and school. He attends a few classes based around communications, but nothing full time so he can continue his investigations solo. He had a deal of leniency in regards to his classes and profession so that he may successfuly do his job without issues and take whatever classes he wishes. For 'storys' sake he continues to take communication classes and sits in on others.

Extra: When not using prosthetics he has an electric wheelchair at home, crutches, as well as a manual chair. He usually wears his leg prostetics when going anywhere, but may or may not wear one on his left arm.
He has a few models and patterns, usually wrapping them with vinyl and other decorations.
Occasionally suffers from phantom pain and carries painkillers, though he usually does not show signs of it thanks to his habit of neutral expressions only.
He hates small talk and doesn't like socializing unless alcohol is involved.
