Hawk

Hawk comes from a species of parasitic wasp that take over the mind of human. He has been biochemical enhanced by the agency. He uses swarms of lesser wasps (but still dangerous). He at one point could fly uses the wasps to hold him up but he was just fly away ignoring his mission so he was put in a worn down EOD suit. He has a partner named Bucky who is also inhuman (closer to a god), Bucky is the only person who can understand Hawk.
