very bubbly, and very friendly. they tend to be a little scatterbrained, as well as a bit oblivious to their surroundings and social cues, but they come with the best of intentions. they're constantly trying to make new friends, and they carry a positive, beaming attitude everywhere they go. they have a weakness of being incredibly naive and innocent, which leads to them being easily manipulated by malicious parties. they are also incredibly forgiving and always expect the best in people, and with the added layer of them possessing no ill will to cogs, they constantly let them off with a 'second chance' if they promise good behavior.

when given a command, electropow will obey orders perfectly. despite their mannerisms, they are an incredibly dedicated, hardworking toon. they are deeply passionate in their work, and perform well at what they know best.

originally a firefighter from toontown central, electropow works as a toon resistance member on the sidelines. however, one fateful day, the playgrounds were soon infested by mysterious new powerful cogs, and electropow's work scheduled for them to be relocated to the brrrgh. there seems to be an unusual amount of heat issues, melting snow piles, and burning buildings, resulting in a ton of issues for the citizens of the brrrgh, and electropow is tasked to somehow help out with their trusty firehose ... in below freezing temperatures. electropow's request from the toon resistance council is to deal with the strange, flaming manager cog causing all of these issues ... and hopefully not give them the fifth second chance this week.
