This is Dazzling Zircon, one of Dazzling Diamond's most trusted assistants! They are an incredibly nervous/jittery gem, as well as easy to fluster. Because of this, he is constantly messing up in his own trials, despite any good points they may make. To any other diamond this Zircon would probably be deemed too bad at their job to even be considered a part of their main court, but to Dazzling Diamond, the unintentionally showiness of this Zircon makes her laugh, and thus, is praised and held dear.
