Please credit me as a creator, regardless if the design is changed or not. In addition be sure to credit artists of any bases I use/used. If you need to know the base artist, please reach out to me. I want to support my fellow creators.
Do not place a terms of service on top of my own on my designs. I, and I alone have full right for terms of service on my creations.
I do not care about resale value, I don't have time to, nor do I care to, enforce such a term/condition.
Do not sell/trade/gift to anyone on my blacklist, nor make designs based off mine for them or with them. If you are found doing so, depending on the severity of the offense, you will be placed on my blacklist or I will simply refuse doing business with you without placement on my blacklist.

Blacklist + Note

I quite honestly find Blacklists somewhat silly as I find them misused too frequently when someone pisses another creator off. That being said, I do not take placing individuals on this list lightly. People who find themselves on my blacklist are those I have extreme discomfort interacting with or even considering them owning something I took any amount of time to create. I'm not going to keep tabs on these people, I find that childish and I'm too old for that, so: should they take on a new user or alias they still remain on this list, regardless of if it's up to date or not. Designs that were gifted/sold/traded prior to being placed on this list are not subject to this policy as I can not retroactively address those instances. Finally, in addition to this precautionary note, dependent on the offense I am not willing to provide all or potentially any context to these placements.

prowled / drearyomen / pheasant [ constant and persistent harassment for something I ultimately had nothing to do with. Said to me my ptsd diagnosis meant nothing because I choose to support, allegedly, "Well known abusers". I say allegedly due to the fact I've never been given proof aside from a statement made to me by an untrustworthy third party, so another person who has nothing to do with the situation, contrary to what their own TOS statement against me states. Essentially says I 'threatened them' by firmly asking them to stop publicly calling me an 'abuse apologist' or I would seek some form of legal counsel to rectify the situation. As a survivor of abuse, being called something like that was, and remains, upsetting. All I asked was that they take their falsified reasoning down from their public website.
